Before demo or equipment orders, photograph the main panel label, breaker layout, meter area, and the route to the proposed work. Confirm service size, spare spaces, grounding, panel condition, and whether the city will require a panel upgrade, subpanel, or utility coordination. This matters because panel work can affect permits, inspection timing, stucco repair, trenching, and where appliances or chargers can actually land.
